Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from AI Star Dev (“we,” “us,” or “the Academy”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What we provide

AI Star Dev provides online video courses, quizzes, AI-assisted assignment review, and verifiable completion certificates. Course content is for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed annually. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period (see our Refund Policy).

Prices may change with 30 days’ advance notice. Price changes take effect on your next renewal date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials or course content with others.
• Record, redistribute, or resell course videos or materials.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract platform data.
• Submit AI-generated work as your own in assignments (the point is your learning).

5. Intellectual property

All course content, videos, diagrams, and materials are owned by AI Star Dev or licensed to us. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access them during your subscription period.

6. Certificates

Completion certificates are issued to the registered account holder upon meeting all course requirements. Certificates are non-transferable and may be verified publicly. We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraudulent means.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Courses are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, earnings, or employment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Star Dev’s total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your access to paid content ends immediately.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll notify you by email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
