Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your subscription, request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. This applies to first-time purchases of any paid plan.

How to request a refund

Email hello@aistardev.com with the subject “Refund request” and include the email address on your account. We process refunds within 5 business days. Stripe typically posts the credit to your card within 5–10 business days after processing.

Renewal charges

The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment only. Annual renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged. We send a renewal reminder 7 days before each billing date.

What happens after a refund

Your access to paid course content is removed when the refund is processed. Any certificates earned during the refunded period are also revoked.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund if we detect abuse of this policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or evidence that course content was bulk-downloaded prior to the refund request).
